No reshipment or compensation can be demanded before the official closure of the investigation.

  • From a customs detention;
  • From an administrative seizure;
  • From a confiscation;
  • From a refusal to import.

No refund can be claimed when the order has been shipped in accordance with the information provided by the customer.
